
An award-winning communications professional with combined expertise in traditional advertising and interactive content development, Tosca is returning to internal communications after more than 8 years in advertising, marketing, and promotions.
As a consultant for Landor Associates, Tosca assisted in developing the interactive user experience and content strategy of internal brands for Citi, focusing on user empathy and intuitive information architecture. She developed her financial services expertise at Avenue A | Razorfish, where she managed a team of copywriters responsible for the online voice of Visa USA. In her position as Associate Copy Director, Tosca was instrumental in building a California-wide team of content professionals while delivering powerful messaging for such clients as Disney, Toshiba, Sun Microsystems, and Microsoft.
At Avenue A | Razorfish, Tosca received a double award for excellence with both client management and internal teamwork. She was also selected by the company’s Innovation Team for excellence in emerging media, and was given staffing and funding to develop her original Idea Lab concept. Later, Tosca served as the Senior Copywriter on the creative team that won a W3 Gold Interactive Award for the company’s viral holiday card.
A Bay Area native, Tosca graduated with honors from San Francisco State’s Creative Writing program. She lives in the world’s most beautiful city with the world’s most amazing husband, Christopher. When not pursuing their musical passions, they spend their weekends alternating between trying out new restaurants and running the city’s famous hills to justify their culinary indulgences.
