Joy's wide array of experiences over the past decade -- including teaching small children, working in advertising and organizing multitrack trainings for the San Francisco Bay Area -- have blended (like a fine wine) into a client-oriented style of customer service. Handling a multitude of logistics for educational conferences, seminars and trainings for teachers have provided a strong training ground for Joy's superfocused juggling skills.

Her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional ability to multitask enable her to excel in accounting and operational duties, while still keeping the client -- whether an internal Bonfire staff member or an external vendor -- her No. 1 priority.

Outside the office, Joy enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family. Always the people pleaser, she plans parties and dinners for her friends, always trying to go "someplace different." Having lived in the Bay Area from birth and San Francisco for most of her adult life, she is still surprised at how many places she hasn't yet visited -- but, hopefully, will soon.
