David brings a multi-disciplinary approach and perspective to Bonfire. He uniquely pulls together the worlds of business strategy consulting and digital media. Over the past thirteen years, David has spent his career focusing on delivering results to his clients in an attuned fashion.

In 1997, he pursued his manifest destiny and headed west to San Francisco. David left Kentucky to work with dot.com startups during the Internet boom. He began working at i-Traffic (Agency.com) in digital media and then continued this work at Universal McCann (UM). Within traditional consulting and advertising agency environments, David has worked with a variety of clients including, Microsoft, TechSoup Global, FreeCreditReport (Experian), Whirlpool, and Driscols.

At UM, David executed an operations function that partnered with Microsoft on the global deployment of a new marketing measurement platform. He has a passion for multi cultural and global business experiences that was appropriate for his Master's thesis which explored the relationship between one's multi-cultural skills and the effectiveness of global virtual teams. David received his Master's of Science in Organization Development from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.

Now that he is at Bonfire, David partners with companies including Genentech, Oracle and Del Monte leading strategy development and communications campaign execution. During his free time he loves to spend time with his wife Laura and two children Judah and Noa. While traveling and at home he enjoys yummy food, world music, playing and watching soccer, and getting outdoors.
