Bria's passion lies in discovering the underlying mindsets that drive people's behaviors and ultimately, the results they produce. In her recent work, Bria specialized in change management and organizational communications, working with cross-functional global teams to implement large-scale initiatives.

Prior to joining Bonfire, Bria spent a year with Slalom Consulting in their Organizational Effectiveness practice. Her consulting career, however, began several years prior at The Trium Group, where she focused on leadership development, team effectiveness and culture change. During her time at Trium she worked on several global client engagements and then turned her attention to an internal strategic role within the firm to help the team grow and expand into new markets.

Earlier in her career, Bria worked as a Youth Director in Oakland where she led a program for middle school and high school students. Passionate about working with youth, Bria took a group of 75 students to Mexico to build homes for impoverished families. She also went to India to film a documentary to help raise awareness for an organization that provided medical treatment and education to children and families living in the poorest parts of the country.

Bria holds a B.A. in Rhetoric from Willamette University and spent a semester studying French literature and art at The Sorbonne in Paris. She also earned her Change Management certification this past year. In her free time, she remains active around San Francisco and Marin with rock climbing, Pilates, running and yoga. Bria is also a food-lover and can often be found hosting dinner parties to try out her new recipes on friends.
