Anil has an exceptional track record of propelling the brand, messaging and positioning of top tier companies across a broad range of internal and external vehicles. His key goal at Bonfire is to empower organizations to achieve their full potential by connecting teams and individuals through creative and innovative communications practices.

Prior to joining Bonfire, Anil was responsible for open enrollment marketing programs at WageWorks, America’s foremost Flexible Spending Accounts and pre-tax Commuter benefits company. In this role, he managed the development and delivery of industry-leading Web-based, multimedia and print materials for more than 1.3 million participants at more than 2,000 companies, including 100 of America’s Fortune 500 employers. Anil was also responsible for public relations, crisis communications, customer references and the company’s corporate Web site. One of his most significant achievements was helping put a human face on WageWorks’ programs by stressing its dedication to lowering the cost of living for more than a million working families through a broad-scale branding effort.

Before WageWorks, Anil played a major role in designing, deploying and supporting mySiebel, Siebel Systems’ world-class Intranet serving its global employee base. His drive for organizational excellence contributed greatly to the success of mySiebel, which served as the primary platform for the majority of the CRM company’s internal communications and performance management initiatives. Anil is particularly pleased about the project’s success in aligning corporate objectives across the company, helping ensure its employees charged ahead with a cohesive focus and infectious enthusiasm. Anil has also held senior marketing positions for several major technology companies, including Salesforce.com, Netscape, Alcatel and Nortel.

Anil is a renowned writer and editor who holds a Masters of Journalism degree from Carleton University, Canada’s premiere journalism school. He also holds a degree in Mass Communication from the same institution.
