Adam is responsible for the success of Bonfire's client and operational project work. Because of his experience in leading online communications projects for Fortune 500 companies, he also provides clients with strategic assessments of their online presence, offers ways to enhance their online brand, and oversees customized Web development projects.

Prior to joining Bonfire, Adam was senior vice president and U.S. practice director at the global public relations firm Hill and Knowlton (HK), managing day-to-day operations for its online communications practice with staff in San Francisco; Washington, D.C.; and New York. Key clients included Hewlett-Packard, Boeing, Computer Associates and Tyco. He was also a member of the U.S. executive management committee.

Prior to joining HK, Adam managed the client services team at Extension11, which served as HK's preferred Internet services partner before merging into the firm's online communications practice in 2001. Prior to working at Extension 11, Adam was a consultant in PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Strategic Change consulting practice in New York, where his project and change management experience revolved around high-level strategic design engagements relating to the firm's internal tax and assurance business units.

Adam began his career at Bank One, where, as vice president, he was responsible for managing the strategic and operational needs of commercial clients across multiple industries and was involved in many change management projects stemming from the bank's various acquisitions. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Indiana University and an MBA in marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
