Bonfire Presents Banana Republic Case Study at Hr.com Conference

At the 2006 HR.com Conference in Las Vegas, Nev., Bonfire Communications partnered with Beverly Kaye of Career Systems International to share a case study on a joint project with Banana Republic. The session, led by Jonathan Willard of Bonfire and Ben Putterman of Banana Republic, detailed a career development campaign still under way at many stores across the United States.

Recognizing a substantial opportunity to add to the bottom line by increasing retention, Banana Republic sought to build a culture of development among their people. They partnered with Bonfire and CSI in developing and implementing sustainable communications solutions to achieve measurable business goals. Working within the brand's design framework and using an audience-centric approach, they launched a campaign whose success continues today.
